Hello and thank you for taking interest to know more about me.

After working for more than 20 years in sales with organization like HLL, PepsiCo ( Frito-Lay div), Idea cellular & Hershey's I started my own training, coaching and consulting services.

Currently I am associated with IIM Nagpur ( InFed) as sales coach and run sales coaching clinic for their women entrepreneur start up program.

I provide solutions to Organizations, Entrepreneurs/ Startups & Individuals on their sales & distribution related issues to grow to their actual business potential with the help of coaching & providing insights to the key people in organization ,doing assessment of sales team , providing required training & on the job coaching to field force.

I have experience of more than 2 lac sales calls in last 2 decade with in various Blue-chip FMCG, Telecom & durable MNC in various roles and responsibilities in different geographies with proven track record of managing various types of small/Large teams, managing various distribution channels and growing the businesses from initial stages to become leader in respective markets.

I host podcast on sales in Hindi "Sales Ka Tadka" where I discuss about sales and other sales related stuff and interview leaders on sales.

In March 2018 I also became an online Instructor with a courses on Sales Management , Masterclass on Channels of Distribution in sales in Hindi for Sales professionals, entrepreneurs, startup owners, MBA Students & Sales teams of any organisations.

I also Help FMCG companies to digitize their sales force automation and Distribution system management to track real time data and reports for understanding what's happening on ground.
